Dell - Executive Briefing Center Scheduling Application (BOLT)
Dell's customer facing Executive Briefing Center utilizes this online application to manage customer visits. Account Executives log into the tool, choose an open day on the calendar, fill out customer details, and add specific attendees. The EBC scheduler goes into each visit request, builds the agenda, assigns topics and presenters, sends outlook invites, etc.

Nannies from the Heart
Nannies from the Heart is an Austin-based nanny service. They offer daily job postings to their registered nannies and online nanny/sitter request forms for their registered families. Once they receive online nanny/sitter requests they find applicable nannies/sitters in their database and send the family the information they need to choose their nanny.

Dell Learning & Development had an existing Roster system which was hard to navigate, understand, and often led to errors in the system. This newly revamped application provides a user friendly design with roll ups and export functionality.

Dell - Online Requests
Dell Learning & Development needed a way to track incoming requests for New Course setups, New Classes, Transcript Updates, New Suppliers, D.O. Requests, and Website Creations/Updates. Through this application administrators can view and export all pending and processed requests while users can track the status of their current and previous requests.

THE NEED. A way to maintain a large subscriber database, send those subscribers HTML emails and capture the click through rates of each campaign.
THE SOLUTION. A web based Email Marketing solution. This tool gives the user control over email signatures, salutations, the ability to store unlimited email templates, customize web forms, import/export subscribers, and much more.

Betacorp - Automated Coupon Machine
Ever heard of an ACM machine? There the latest thing since coupon clipping. ACM machines are kiosks strategically located in grocery stores to provide instant coupon access. Instead of clipping coupons from the Sunday paper shoppers can print coupons in the grocery store before shopping.
THE NEED. To keep all kiosks in sync and up to date with the latest coupon data and the ability to review coupon statistics from a daily kiosk activity log.
THE SOLUTION. In conjunction with SierraTech, using a combination of ASP and Visual Studio .NET, Ashley Kathleen provided Betacorp with a web-based application which allowed administrators to maintain kiosk information, coupon data, and review kiosk click statistics. Every evening the application would connect to online kiosks, upload coupon data, and download activity logs. A "manual update" feature was also built allowing administrators to download the appropriate files to sync offline kiosks.
CWS Corporate Housing
Not only does CWS provide corporate housing and relocation services but they also supply an extranet specific for their Employees, Clients, and Residents.
THE NEED. An up to date property profile area of their website where web users could lookup availability and ammenities in their desired location.
THE SOLUTION. A custom web-based application which allows CWS administrators to maintain property profiles, images, locations, and ammenities.
