AK Toolbox
With over 10 years experience I have learned one important thing: if you build it, others will need it too. When I am requested to write a custom web-based application I consider all of the different uses and ways to make the app into a useful tool for others. Now I have a toolbox with 9 active tools, 2 retired tools which need revamping, and 3 tools on the horizon.
Owning a website can be a daunting task to folks. My mission is to form a relationship with my clients and help them become more comfortable with the technology by providing intuitive tools that will take the complication and stress out of their site maintenance.
Contact/Lead Tracker
Every installation comes with a "Contact/Lead” tracker and unlimited custom web forms that can be added anywhere on your site. Each "lead” can be assigned to a "representative” so that you know your customers are getting the service they need. You can customize up to 25 fields of data which can be applied to your forms in any configuration. Leads can be organized by the source form, the representative they are assigned to, or if you have the Permissions Tool, you can organize them by user group. And finally, the leads are easily exported into an excel document for use with your eMarketing software like Constant Contact or MailChimp.
