Frequently Asked Questions

This tool is designed to answer frequently asked questions on your website and allow users to submit new questions through an online form.

Features:

• Each question can belong to up to two categories.
• You can include a user submission form at the bottom so your users can submit new questions. These questions can either be answered directly through email or posted on the site for all to see.
• Up to three layouts available.
• Apply customized filters to each item so you can serve pre-filtered faq per page or allow your web users to filter questions for themselves.
• A "teaser" can be added anywhere on your site which pulls a set number of faq items.

Requirements:

• Windows Hosting with Microsoft SQL or Microsoft Access support
• In order to upload images and documents you will need to be able to manage permissions on your web directory
• Email notifications can be sent from the user submission form if you have access to an email component of some kind. Supported components include CDOsys, CDONTS, Server Objects ASPMail, and Persits ASPEmail
