File Sharing Tool

Ever want to share a bunch of files with your web users or need a place where your web users can upload files for a project? This is the tool for you!

Features:

• You can upload all files via FTP or one at a time through the administration section.
• Additional information about each file can be pulled from the filename or can be added through the admin section.
• Comes with the Permissions Tool so you can assign access rights to each folder by user group. You can allow your users access to upload their own files.
• Customize the display by showing details in columns (below)or withinmouse overs.
• Make any folder a "Photo Gallery” with a customized layout. Subfolders can be a headings or separate "galleries" which can open in a different window.

Requirements:

• Windows Hosting with Microsoft SQL or Microsoft Access support
• In order to upload images and documents you will need to be able to manage permissions on your web directory
• If you would like to create thumbnails of your images you will need Persits ASPjpg installed on the server. Shared hosting companies will not allow you to install software so this would have to be pre-installed. GoDaddy has this installed on their hosting servers.
